Exe file icon: why does this icon sometimes pops up in my taskbar and disappear within seconds?

Interactive Services Detection it's caused by Services and/or Processes running under the System or another account in the background, which are requesting Desktop Access.

I am not sure, what can be the issue! Normally icons does not come with .exe so you must scan your computer of any vulnerability or virus.
