What is the best way to coordinate with client consultant A1- arrange meeting with them in one space A2- meet both separate ?

In my opinion, the answer depends on the work field, but in general arranging a meeting “to facilitate collecting requirements for example” is better solution than one-on-one interviewing especially for inexperienced customer.
