Yes, its true as they give us opportunity to review our actions as well as re-align ourselves.

I agree. we need to utilize our skills and strength to the limits and fail rather than falling.

For me, the only time it can be considered as failure is when you did not learn anything from it. 

NO I dont agree. If you fail - you might learn that you are better off changing the way you approach a problem. Sometimes you need to know when to cut your looses and try from a different angle

Falling down and staying down for sometime is good, because that is the time when we can think what went wrong and then its important to stand again before people forget you, but yes falling down and staying there forever is a failure. 

Definitely yes. You have to stand up every time you fall and that could mean another journey for you.
