Is it a matter of motivation for our outsourced employee to experience discrimination working in the same firm with permanent employees?

I look at it as a matter of motivation where the outsourced employee is inspired by his on-site colleagues, the work environment and company culture which makes him want to perform meritoriously and later on get a permanent role with his on-site employer!
