ما هي طريقة فهمك لسياسة السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة وطرق تطبيقها في مصر؟

Unfortunately i was not having an opportunity to work in  Egypt before , but i can say that the safety standards & laws are most likely similar and applicable in most of countries , May be some countries could be more strict about the implementation of safety laws and regulation than other countries , Ex: in some developed countries were is implementation of safety rules and regulations are very very strict . the government put laws that make hiring of safety personnel is mandatory , while in other countries it is not ,,, some fines and punishments could be financially very high to the companies that are not following safety and violate safety rules in its work place , while in other companies that punishments could be low , or might be there is no punishment at all...so accordingly the employers will follow or not follow the safety rules and regulations ...

from my point of view , and as aforementioned , the safety standards are applicable and same every where , the only difference is in the strictness of the laws by governments.

We must understand the bond between:

- Human value

- Economic status

- Environment, Health, Safety & Quality standards

These three are so interconnected that you cannot seek/achieve good HSEQ standard before improving the first two. The developed nations only reached a high HSEQ standard because they decided that humans are the most expensive assets they have... and that they have to provide their people with a dignified and comfortable life style through richness... these, automatically, bring about the need for good HSEQ standard.

A living example is the UAE whereby Dubai and Abu Dhabi are becoming leaders in the HSEQ field because of what I mentioned above. Hopefully the same will happen in Egypt and beyond.

The safety, health and environmental is very important for the construction and industrial plant and oil field and should be implemented all safety requirements as per the Country law as will as the standerd

and the HSE Rep. Responsibility as the following.

•          Responsible For Developing And Enforcing Health And Safety Policies For The All Projects.

•          Ensuring Proper Safety Standards And Regulations Adhered To For Different.

•          Activities. Promote safe working environment attitudes among all site personnel.

•          Conduct Regular Inspections to Eliminate Injuries, Accident, and Loss to Manpower and Damage to Equipment.

•          Ensure all document Company's compliance with mandatory HSE requirements

•          Bring to management's attention areas of deficiency.

•          Provide support for development of both active and proactive HSE key.

•          Performance indicators to monitor contractor's activity progress.

•          In depth knowledge of Safety standards i.e. OSHA.

•          Familiar with proper hygiene practice.

•          Promote safe working environment attitudes among all sites personnel's.

•          Good command and leading groups.

•          Environmental control, monitoring and liaison with local environmental agencies

•          Prepare the reports and schedules for safety activities.

•          Prepare the fire Evacuation Emergency and Medical. Develop, review and upgrade Plant safety plans

•          To Attend All Meeting Where In H.S.E Is Discussed & safety audits
