Mine was really nice lady form NYC. She was so patient with me, it was my second day as a customer support agent. At the end of conversation, she encouraged me, and she left nice feedback after. She helped me a lot to build my confidence.

He was not satisfied with the previous experience he had encountered at our facilities and he was sarcastic all the time but at the end we solved the issue; which in the first place was based on something bad he heard from our competitors!!!
He is now a loyal customer; passing by frequently:)
