If you had a magic wand and could fix one problem, what would you fix in an organisation related ?? Sales, HR, Finance?

I think i will try to fix sales, bcos thats the one which generates revenue. we can correct other functions thru processes but not sales.

My priority would be to fix HR .............. Once it is done, rest will be automatically solved.
