At first the hardest part is the CV . in my opinion, all Cvs state basically the same topics. Once you pass the Cv step, and you get chosen for an interview, this is when you use your personality coupled with your experience and your skills to convince the recruiter that you are the right choice.not by belittling otjers nor by talking extensivly about yourself as a person, but by showing how the skills in your CV are part of your perdonality and not only written or typed on a piece of paper, then you can build trust and the employer will have kind of relief and he' ll be sure that u are the right erdon.
