What short-term goals and objectives have you established for yourself?

Take an example of a bayt user. his short term goal is to gain knowledge from bayt networking along with earning points to reach highest rank on bayt while his/her long term goal should be to get a job in his/her speciality in his/her desired country.  This what i understand by your question.

My short-term goal is to be able own my own business within five years. My long-term  goals is to excel in  my career. To reach my full potential and work hard for what I  desire.
