How does x-ray tech differ than radiology tech?

Usually there is no differences.

X-ray tech is a specific job in radiology department who did the x-ray procedures and special procedures using x-ray machine while the radiology tech is a mulitasking who assigned to x-ray, ultrasound, ct-scan, mri, and other machine for radiology department and other part of hospital

x ray more specific than radiology radiology is a common name for the work ut what you are more specialized on it should be identified.
