Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough and sound understanding of Heat Exchanger Sales and Servicing Requirements
- Some Mechanical and Thermal Design background preferred.
- Experience working in a ASME R and U Stamp certified business
- Set and achieve sales targets, develop a comprehensive sales plan and forecasts to identify a steady stream on pipeline prospects.
- Ensure the team delivers compelling technical presentations that drive sales
- The Sales Manager will utilise deep technical acumen to educate the team on products, services, competitors and prospects. Manage contract negotiations and nurture key relationships with customers.
- Very strong technical knowledge of Heat Exchangers.
- Good knowledge and experience in the Middle East and Energy Industry in particular within ADNOC.
- Strong knowledge of Heat Exchanger Servicing is essential.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Fluent in English written and spoken, Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
Work Experience/ Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
- 10+ years professional experience in Sales Management in Heat Exchangers
- Experience in offshore / onshore project handling for 10 years in Abu Dhabi and UAE
- Experience in Heat exchanger maintenance projects for 10 years
- Experience in manufacturing projects
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- High-level communication skills
- Conflict resolution
- Experience in estimation of heat exchanger maintenance and service projects, retubing, repair, cleaning, hydro jetting, chemical circulation.
- Additional preferred requirements to aid in site visits and technical onsite meetings:
- Knowledge in ASME codes and standards
