Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Marketing and Service Person to join our team. This role requires a combination of marketing expertise and customer service skills to effectively promote our services and ensure exceptional experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our laundry services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. This includes online and offline marketing campaigns, social media management, and advertising initiatives.
  2. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide assistance, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  3. Sales and Promotion: Identify opportunities for sales growth and develop promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  4. Service Quality Assurance: Ensure that all laundry services meet quality standards and customer expectations. Monitor service delivery, handle customer feedback effectively, and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and service offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, customer service, or sales roles, preferably in the laundry or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
