Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Matrix Finishes LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets for products which include Fabric Aluminium Profiles, Led Modules, Curtain Leds, Rigid Bars, LPG Acrylic Sheets, Double Sided Tape and many more. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a passion for driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Addressing new business Segment and product
  • Payment follow-up from the Clients to ensure the business runs smoothly.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must be Passionate about sales, have positive mindset with Focused Approach.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in arts/electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • UAE Driving License and own Vehicle is must.
