Description du poste

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership objectives, including sales volume targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction metrics
  2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.
  3. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance indicators, such as sales volume, profit margins, and customer satisfaction ratings, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  4. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory manager to ensure adequate stock levels of vehicles to meet customer demand and sales goals, while also optimizing inventory turnover and minimizing carrying costs.
  5. ustomer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
  6. Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, conducting regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget, allocating resources effectively to support sales objectives while maintaining profitability.
  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies, including those related to sales practices, finance, and customer data protection.


Compétences

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Sound understanding of automotive industry trends, products, and technologies
