I must have CUCM or at least cisco call manager express to register the IP phone and manage the DN and route patterns

register the phone at the call manager after connected to the active network

Add the phone using BAT to the CUCM, connect the phone to the POE switch, once the phone is powered up enter the username and password for the phone to contact the TFTP s ... Voir Plus

use OpenSips - that is the good solution for the voice communication of large scale. In the freeware world I think OpenSips is the best one.
