Yes, I was in such a situation, and I settled the case through mediation and negotiation. The case was civil law .

Yes,I always try to defend them professionaly and as per law,no person or company will plead guilty, even if guilty. So the lawyer must be professional. Be aware that the ... Voir Plus

Yes.  I have. I just tried to do my best job so he can get a fair and legal punishment.
