yes ma'am it can, but you should use Dialux Evo. which deal with 3D model. you will need to prepare revit or sketchup model and then import it to Dailux Evo, then yo ... Voir Plus

It depends on kind of events has to be show in it, but usually consider lux flood lighting at the main event area
