Yes we can clear the shipments by giving undertaking in the port, once we received the original documents from the supplier we can close our undertaking within 90 Days.

YES, IT IS POSSIBLE IN INDIA WE GET IT DONE AND EVRY COUNTRY HAS IT OWN RULES BUT IT IS ALWAYS POSSIBLKE TO GET THE SHIPMENTS BY GIVING SURETY AND GUARANTEES.
