Do you prefer the Director of Arabic or foreign manager?

I do not have any specific preference.

 

What matter the most are:

 

1. Organization culture

2. Ethics and Compliance

3. Growing the company

4. Employees are respected and well looked after

5. Development and additional training for the employees

6. Language (Universal language which is English)

What matters is his/her compitance, professionalism,managment style etc not his/her race, color, sex, age etc. We have to avoid such attitude in our work place.It is better to understand people motives, mgt style, to be effective in your profession.

Do we really have control, in matters of choosig or prefering Managers?

it doesn't matter, the most important he/she is professional if not, there will be hard time.

I prefer the arabic director.

i don't see how it really matters,having a qualified leader is the most important aspect.i have had american and  arab bosses in the past and they were both real professionals,i have had a woman director at some time in my career also and i have great repect and appreciation for women professionals.

I think we cannot prefer either Arabic or not only according to his ethnical identity but according to his behavior and competance and skills to manage a team work!

It should be judged on ability, not gender, race, colour or creed. The right PERSON for the job.

It's all the same for me as long as i do my job the way it should be.

How does it make a difference ?

I prefer the manager who leads team based on modern management skills. It doesnt matter that Arabic or Foreign manager.
