How do you screen CV?

This is very important step for recruitment. First Qualification,  Second Related Experience background,  CV presentation. 

CV screening is an important step in recruitment. For sorting of CV  1st step to see the qualification of the candidate, is it matching for the required job and then evaluate his experience in required field according to job description and also job period in one company to other company is very important. Because it needs to see that if the employee spends long time in company or he is habitual to jump from one job to other.

Employee data must be registered to detail private actions by the employee in addition to a summary of its contact data and be sorted by experience and length of time and tasks, skills and training courses .... etc.
