I'm trying to respond at your question in place of the president of our agency (ATFP)

Absolutely yeah ! We have a clear strategy for training and development but to be honest with

you the training process is prevailing the development  one.

As an example one month later I passed an exam which hopefully will permits to me an escalation in my career but the problem is that the exam is planned with a delay of a complete one year !

We have solid plans for employees develoment and yes being in Pharmaq industry, we do encourage the Medical professionals at bvarious conference and workshope to get in and arrange sessions. From employee part HR is all responsible and for corporate responsiblity mostly the Marketing and associated deptt arrnage.
