A Query for Learning & Development Professionals.

We are planning to have a learning or an interactive session for a group of8 -10 individuals with combination of F&A, Admin, Buss. Dev, Regulatory etc. Our aim is to conduct some interactive exercises where they can speak out, know the power of communication, team dynamic and having meaning full interaction rather than working in their own sphere. Members are required to share their experience any suggestion, activities, video link any idea to make them sync. We are planning to have this session at some outdoor location. Thank.
