It is a general opinion that women are preferred in HR to men. Are less skilled women preferred to skilled men?
Defenitly No. It is depends of how you handle the human personality or how you motivate a person. The general opinion women preferably as Hr its because of the diplomacy but its regards the whole package its the same.
It Depends on Community Culture ,So Yes I Think That.
In most companies, especially female candidates are favoured for these roles. I believe it is a wrong perseption that only ladies can & have to take up such roles. Companies should be looking at competencies instead of looking at gender because "gender" doesn't deliver but "competences" do.
