The obstacles are more apparent when u are at the middle of your  carrer and you are no more a hot cake or hot kabab in the job market. I think if you accept the reality and be flexible to have a boss younger your age , ready to relocate , you can outdo most of the obstacles.

Through experience and skill in dealing and how to manage crises and disasters

Never Despair & Never Surrender

And select the suitabie weapon for each obstacle

By reading, training, learning and having a role model (master/instructor).

1. Talk with close fiends who are relevant experts.

2. Use self knowledge, skills, experience.

3. Use self judgement.

4. If new issue learning on this.

5. Attend relevant training programs.
