I have a feeling that individual Physical Outlook / Appearance emphasis on work. If someone is not physically looks like his/her age then other consider him/her as easy or not so serious. Do you agree or want to input your say.
Physical appearance is the most important factors for selecting an employee. If employee for labor work, physical appearance mendatory. On the other hand, gender disability also consider for intellectual. But modern HR should not go for narrow ways.
Opinions are not formed on a fractional impact of appearance but on the other important traits of personality.
Wrong consideration and narrow mind which thinks that.
wearing well fit indicates the person interested in the work and to make it in the best position as he/she could.
Don't left to the people's opinion. All of them aren't on the same level.
