But Selling Skill in business are some thing which are acquired through experience, through training and practice. To determine the customers needs and wants a sales person has to learn some psychological theories which he learns from reading. He learns statistical methods, Demographics and their dissection, he learns the techniques of presenting himself, he learns how to start and how to conclude his discussion. In my career i have seen so many guys who came in IT company selling solutions now, who are not even know about how to sell the box of the computer.
