How to answer in job interview: What is your biggest weakness?

Be HONEST and explain your weakness in a positive context. I will give you one example so you can better understand the answer I wrote you:  "My weakness are poor people, that's why I'm involved in many humanitarian projects".

Never give up. Time taking.

This is a qustion where we should understand that answer should look like weakness but it should be strength to the organisation ,

exa: i also transfer the job to my subordinate in which i am 100% perfect and capable enough to perform easily 

Convey a positive trait as it seems like a weakness in an impressive way. Ex:I find it difficult to concentrate in a work while the previous is being incomplete. 

sometimes have a hard time letting go of a project.

My biggest weakness was if have over work myself

Be honest and choose a real weakness. Provide an example of how you've worked to improve upon your weakness or learn a new skill to combat the issue. Demonstrate self-awareness and an ability to look to others to provide you with the resources necessary for growth. Don't be arrogant and don't underestimate yourself.

Despite my eperience related and very relevant to the job may I win , I am still intend and want to learn.

Simple life style is the biggest weakness.

I don't know, because all the duties and responsibilities that gives to me is I'll try to make all's good
