How you are sharing your own innovations, learnings from the executed job to your company management as well as other employees?

Sharing knowledge is essential, the management can include a session or training period to pass down such knowledge down to the employees.
Or such informations can be passed down as journals or reports to be published at the management's convenience.

what i can say is if a person is educated does not fear to face any challenges in his life by natural that guy throw education to each and every person to his surroundings.
but this is also depends in which management they work.
If a management playing politics in jobs that guy cannot educate his skills to any other person.
So throwing education also count the locations, the work environment.
Other wise every educated person definitely share his education to world

personally i try to create simple teams in social networks like google plus and share any news in form of knowledge, information and experience with them.
also always motivate and persuade team members to share their knowledge through team.
