Which has more power in customer service , look or experience?

I think experience has more power to satisfy customers than look. 

I think the experience has more power than look to satisfy the needs of the customers

the experience is very important to satisfy customer so when he work and he have more experience he can do this work properly.

both.... the customer service it how the cummunicate, look is what they need, and the experience how deal they need of the personal

without experience u can do somthing , but with a great experience you can a  lot . so experience is more important  

look is before the experience because we need to know the service requested from the guest and then use our experience.
