My friends, Did you think there Company in the world have a complete strategy Sales/Business Plan?

There will always be some scope of improvement as nothing is ideal.

Planning and business strategies have to change with governing factors changing with time.

No, I don’t think that. because Strategy Sales/Business Plan for any company have any type of works or services consists of small plans and steps (execute by company procedures and rules), and with time this small plans must have exchanges (Execute ‘Record & Remove’ /Add new/Update/Replacement/Delete), that depended on internal elements (Capabilities’ Human Recourses, Capital, Equipments, QA/QC and Safety System, Previous works’ & Organization Chart & Goals ) and External elements (Competition & Economic market status & Political Status) around company environment.

Meaning of that Strategy Sales/Business plan always need to complete through Execute, update, replacement or delete the small plans build it, as per exchanges of the internal/External company environment elements.
