Dear Group Member, Did you think there Company in the world have a complete strategy Sales/Business Plan?

All the companies I worked with, we have market strategy plan (rolling3 years) to capture the trends in the market and changes in competitive landscape.  

Annual business plan is a must. Performance and future plan is reviewed per quarter with upper management.

Sales is an integral part of the plan.  I require/encourage the Sales people to participate and give their inputs.
