The patient is a customer with special additional needs. The patient needs to be heared, encouraged, supported, and cared of. Those are needs must be satisfies to satisfy the patient (the customer). Th patient would search for a comprehenive service-product complexity. No matter how much the doctor (provider) is experienced or skilled, if he/she doesn't treat the patient with full respect & full understanding of his uniqueness, the patient (the customer) will not be satisfied. Healthcare organizations should put into consideration the patient experience (not only direct satisfaction due to good diagnosis & treatment), starting from approaching thier facilities & ending with the desired outcomes.
