yes i explain them that reflexology is american practice massage and it is a good massage to those people need treatment specially in our internal organ which cannot function properly. i also explain thi massage appropriate to the client sensitive to their physical privacy because it can do massage by their hand and foot and all points that needed our body are totally give suitable massage by doing proper points..but i also remember that i will give imfomation to them if they are asking to me first..
