What are the best universities for Computer Engineering?

In Jordan, I think University of Jordan and Princess Summayia University are among the best.

This is very general question, but without a doubt Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is the best! Again the question is general, you should specify the location, the degree (bachelor's, master's, PhD), and whether you are looking for a scholarship/financial support or not.
