Do you agree put personal picture on your CV ? and why ?

Definitely yes, appearance important, specially for those companies who holds beauti products, and by seing picture of person can tell his/her personality. If you dont have anything to hide and you are confident in yourself then i dont see any problem with that.

A description about what you look like or even images of yourself should never be included on a CV. It isn’t professional and will be viewed as a mockery if it includes this information.

 

With the exponential growth of social media platforms and personal profiles, and their consideration in many recruitment processes now, especially within the digital, creative and marketing sector, a face can be put to a name more easily than ever before.

I Agree because the appearance so important for some company , do you know that some company they care about appearance more than experience specially when they want female to work than male , in our religion , tradition and culture thats unacceptable but what can i say.... what goes around it comes around.
