The best way, IMO, is to build a good and active community (like for instance this Bayt community) on the free resources like Facebook, third party sites and / or Twitter. Once you have a steady following you will have a sustainable and rewarding traffic sources. 

You can use the social media website by posting your URL and what your website is about in groups with large number of participants 

Methods that rely on random luck and strenuous work and few results (sites reaching social "Facebook, Twitter ....) This my opinion
