What are the possible challenges that an experienced marketing professional would face when applying to Dubai for the first time?

I guess a Sales & Marketing person if he/she is an expat surely will have issue of language, local terriotary knowledge lacking , may be also a driving license will be big issue.

The main issue most of the people find bayt is not getting any opps then once they find it they will be hitting by speed breakers as i mentioned on top.

A well experienced marketing professional may face several challenges in Dubai.

While applying for a fresh Job in Dubai at first time he / She has to be ready for the same in advance i.e. good knowledge in his field with interpersonal skills, and fluency in English, the Arabic language will be an advantage. He must have a valid driving licese from his country so that he may get the licence of Dubai which is very very tough and expensive to obtain. And the salary doesn't matter once you prove your ability in the market you will be everywhere welcomed.
