Collective Decision making is a best policy thus it allows you to get different viewpoints on the same subject based on each ones way of assessing a situation thus i am open to other's idea's, believes & concerns.

Making a brainstorming & considering their viewpoints i take a collective descision.

One has to be a good listener for others to be more receptive to you. While working in a group it is always productive to seek the team views and reach to an agreeable decision. Learning remains a part of life and makes the person more wise.
