Every One Knows well that ITIL Provides a Standard Frame work for Impelementing Best Practices.There are certain challenges while Implementing  ITIL Process in GCC Countries because it  Purely depends upon the Vision of I.T Operations in your organization and depends upon how professional oriented your staff is ? and also Maturity Level and Education background of a person will be also taken into consideration for the better functioning of a standard frame work.our organization must have to be in a position to Understand and take an advantages from ITIL.Mostly in Gcc Countries the people are from different cultural and professional Backgrounds thatz the reason sometimes lead to difficult situation in Impelemnting ITIL.Awareness must have to be created among the I.T Staff and Key personnels about ITIL Benefits.The challenegs are not restricted to only Gcc but other countries also face little or more challenegs while implementing Standard Frame work Like ITIL.

People and culture: IT departments in GCC organisations operate with a funcitonal mindset rather than service mindset.Vision : Small GCC organization vision is not matured and aligned enough to implement ITIL process in their organization.Process: Organization structure also play important role in following ITIL processes. If organization structure is not flexible enough to allow for processes to cross the functional boundaries then it prevents ITIL processes to flow efficiently.  Technology: GCC organizations are following ITIL processes where it is needed but lack of ITIL implementation in all kind of technology and not few kind of technology prevent full implementation of ITIL best practices.
