Who is your family leader? How are the relations of his/her with the other members?

I myself is my family leader.I behave as co-ordinator ,instead of a controller.Every day I sit with all of my members to plan the next work and activities.I make my family strategy and budget with all of my members.I enjoy with every member by humor or talking story .Some times I  arrange a travel with my family members at historical famous place or entaining center.I am so much happy with all of my family members.
