How to become an RICS or MRICS Quantity Surveyor ?

Well first you need to have a recognised degree from RICS,in India there is one post graduation degree from Amity, i am not sure if there is any recognised college in Dubai, you will get all the details and list of the accreditted colleges from their website, then as per your experience level you need to qualify the APC, after sucessfull completion you will be entitled as AssocRICS,MRICS or FRICS.

For getting a entry to RICS you also need certain number of reccomendations from MRICS or an FRICS or any other professional body memebers, if you dont have that kind of requirements then you should go for membership into certain other professional bodies like CICES,CIOB or AIQS, where you can get the member details and ask them to recommend you, morever these bodies are easy to join and after succesfull joining you and after gaining some experience you can get an direct entry to RICS.
