Phone call is probably the first stage on your way to impress your clients or any person your talking to. This should begin with greeting. This is far the most crucial part where you can try to get control over your prospect clients by either greeting well in passive, calm voice, this not just gives a good impression on the client but also creates a friendly environment. The next would be create personal relations with your prospetive clients. This will not just invites his interest in you and your product but also gives an oppurtunity for referrals. So creating meaningful connections is also important. The next would be the Problem solving stage , i think it's easy from here.
