For accurate sale forcast the following are the determinant factors: Daily sales output, the frequency of products daily demand and most moving items, change of customers taste and choice, the effect and reaction of customers to price change, subtitute and compliment products, the number of loyal customers and the rate of customer growth per day. This is very crucial task that need a systematic, orderly, efficient, effective and accurate time bound system that ensure quality information collection on daily business state of affair in order to make right proactive decission at the right time and henceforth lead to accurate sales forecast and budget planning.

Difficult task. Several main lines of judgement should be considered here.

1. Constant and steady customers, that you know for sure that they will buy, more or less the same quantities and items every years

2. Contracts under negotiation, but already secured.

3. Offers made, tenders not awarded yet, but, due to close contact with the customer, you know there is little room for others' competition

4. After taking into consideration all the above, we enter into the twilight zone, where not even the statistics can give us accurate numbers (somebody used to say "never thrust a statistics that you did not fake yourself")
