With a proper planning and a matrix where priorities should be handeled first and followed by not so important tasks. Keep deadlines for each task that you dont loose much time and analyse and keep a self reporting practice so to know if you are well in schedule.

Time is a thing which you cannot direclty manage it. You need to prioritise the priotities to do and then map it to the time which will eventually yeild the results.
