How do I manage multitasks priorities ?

as a health care provider we have to assess the needs,of the patient, so that we can setting priority what needs to be done to your client or patient

Priorities must be "gone through"  again & again.... It will Help us to Find the Task to Do First.

and If i can Prioritize my work... I can Manage it.
