Can't print because the printer is hidden on devices and printers, what to do?

It is because there no connection between cpu and printer else  drivers was crash.Steps:-1. Turn off the printer remove usb cable conection between cpu and printer.2. Connect a USb cable between printer and CPU. Turn ON the printer3. go to devices and printers You will find a printer in active modeIf the above steps no work.Reinstall the printer drivers.If still there is problem change the USB cable Hope the problem was solved

3. Restart the PC/ Printer 

4. reinstall the Driver
