What is more important money or ambition?

Its generally depends on the economic or financial status of the person. 

Eg:  For a poor person, money will be more important than ambition.  

If he has acceptable economic status, it will be ambition, as this is the reason for why he is aiming to work.  

A rich person thinks about making more money, as he has the ambition to be powerful and not out of need.

Well, if money is your ambition then money is more important. However, I see that ambition is a very important driving force because it helps a person give meaning to their efforts.Without ambition, there would be no intiatives or ventures and there would be no advancement. We will not all be rich but we can all be ambitious and achieve something no matter how casual it is.
