  Emergency maintenance which occures during work timeand depends on your history with the machine:-

 *mechanical or

*electrical or

*electronical or

*mixture of them

2-visual inspection.

3-power system up.

4-functional analysis.

General maintenance rules remained same in all cases keeping in view the modern technology. Equipment maintenace varies as per their construction & operation. Normally, preventive schedules are prepared as per machine's manual & carried out as per planned arrangement. Break down maintenance should also be planned which is normally nopt included in the manuals. It depends upon the working environment. If these maintenaces are well executed then emergency maintenance will be reduced to optimum.
