Normally, preventive schedules are prepared as per machine's manual & carried out as per planned arrangement. Break down maintenance should also be planned which is normally nopt included in the manuals. It depends upon the working environment. If these maintenaces are well executed then emergency maintenance will be reduced to optimum.
