You should not do plitics type of things to get accepted at work. Be withyourself and do your own work sincerely, I promise you will get the credibility and acceptance at workplace you deserve.

To do a job with consideration that it is your own property ,follow up your plan put in mind to increase the positives and to avoid the passive one's,evaluate every day what you have done and what to do tomorrow.
